ThanQ! I have a similar topographic model, but, my assumptions are different:

1. In Q1001, Q pointed us to four "Occult Prince" "temples" -- located at the four "cardinal points". These "temples" are too small for "worship/sacrifice" -- but, each conceals a stairwell leading down into the tunnel system. Therefore, the tunnel "minimum floor level" is at a lower elevation than the "four temples'" floor levels.

2. 40' ASL (Above Sea Level) allows tunnels to extend to the "four cardinal points" -- beneath the "temples" -- covering stairwells down into the underground.

3. Sea water isn't much more likely to climb up to 40 feet ASL than it is to 60 feet ASL. Therefore 40' ASL is my working "minimum floor level" for the subterranean system. (Even lower would still work...)

4. Tunnels need not necessarily run in straight lines.

5. In Q#1007, Q gave a single hint: "Bunker Forest Blue" -- leading us to blue-painted metal boxes covering tunnel access ports -- often where roads "dead end" into hillsides (access points for tunnel-boring equipment) -- or portals for ventilation, maintenance, etc. I've identified and mapped nearly a dozen such portals. All align with my envisioned tunnel network.

6. The "main" subterranean structure ("rape / torture / cannibalism"rooms) is beneath the "Tennis Court" structure on the central mount -- where the tunnels cross.

Right now, I'm searching geodatabases for LiDAR "bare Earth" data or "DEM+Hillshades" data for LSJI... When I'm satisfied with my proposed tunnel network graphic. I'll post it here, first...

Thank you for looking at that set of diagrams. Your theory felt right when I read it, especially point 6, which would explain the berms. Looking forward to seeing your diagrams when you are satisfied.

This is interesting.

The article is from two years ago tomorrow and talks about a Catholic Archbishop who was busted with child porn and accused of other sex crimes. He (conveniently I might add) died before he could stand trial. What piqued my interest is that he had been placed in the Dominican Republic, which is very close to Pedo Island and is suspected to be a trafficking lane. The Vatican whisked him out of there to escape DR prosecutors.
