there will be some clues as to the race of the perps and victims. The ‘teens’ weren’t just car thieves but car jackers. They were trying to carjack at a gas station, failed a time or two. There may have been a child in one of the cars they tried to steal. Anyway, their victims started chasing them down before the cops got involved. They jumped a wall likely not knowing a creek was on the other side. One of the ‘young teens’ was a father.
