I haven’t given up my burner flip phone. I wonder how long it will be before the telcom quits supporting it and forces a change to a smart phone?
My brother just got rid of his. The cost to replace the broken one was far higher than getting a prepaid smart phone so he gave in.
I know...scary isn’t it.
I think we shall both survive though.

Read somewhere recently that Verizon will soon drop support for 3G and older signals types, however there are a bunch of 4G dumb phones still available & sold by Verizon. Hopefully it will be a long time before they are gone for good.
