I thought JE & Chapo were in the same cell row/block. And that the jail was outside the blackout perimeter.

One source reads El Chaplin is 3 cells down from JE.
Another that Epstein is under maximum security, in Colorado.
This source reads Chapo is “outside perimeter “.
Reader Perceptions are kept on rubber necks at the myriad of published interpretations of who’s where, and throw in no small dose of word salads.
Outside the perimeter could still mean “3 cells down”, however. This instant media is a “bombs away” approach to everything and it snarls up traffic on its way to finding accuracy and the facts.
