Once a properly owner is arrested under Federal charges then that island is (or, is not) subject to seizure, for the purpose of evidence gathering and investigation and that property may, or may not, be returned to owner???

I’m wondering about jurisdiction, given the island’s location off shore?

Otherwise, Feds would be swarming the property with the same aggressive tactics and authorization as they raided Epstein NYC mansion? I read the Feds “seized” the NY mansion.
