Figure out how to DOWNLOAD IMAGE from your hard drive. Easy to figure out buttons.
Do what the buttons tell you.
Copy the URL from your freshly made "meme".
Post the URL in FR reply box.

Search leads to Photo archive of Alefantis's Instagram. This has several (or more) creepy baby pictures. To one, a commenter says "stunning". The comment is from Washington Life columnist Izette Folger, whose stunning involvement with the international pedo community is described here in "The D.C. Spider Web".
