If it’s going to the ready mix plant it’s in bulk air handling carriers, but if it’s sacked concrete or cement for job site mixing it’s in bags and they go all over. If you haven’t noticed, it’s stacked by the pallets at Home Depot, Lowe’s, et.al.
Cemex is in the cement business although they also do ready mix and blocks for construction, not bagged concrete mix.
