Would you want to live on a desolate lump of sand and rock if YOU were a multi billionaire?

Wouldn’t you implement a landscaping program to ‘renice’ the island after you’d bought it?

At the very least it would increase the value. You could tout your ‘renaturalization with native species’.

This place looks like a DMZ compared to the other islands in the area.

only inhabitated islands look better look at great st james island..it is desolate

Do both of Epstain’s islands look barren? That is very weird. I noticed on the drone video how ugly it all is, dry, dead bushes, etc.

I don't think he 'lived there' per se. I think that island was for 'special occasions'. Like World Youth Day and other 'celebrations' of that nature.
