4. Nixon (in spite of his many flaws)
5. Bush the Younger (in spite of his flaws)

7. Bush the Elder (because of his flaws; he should have beaten Clinton)
8. Clinton
9. Johnson
10. Carter (Carter wins as the worst ex-president to date)
11. Obama

Actually neither. I put as much stock in polls as I do in astrology or Chinese fortune cookies. (The polls said Hillary was going to win by 12 points and an electoral college landslide a week before the election.) And just like astrology or fortune cookies, just by fiddling with a few variables (like the wording or who you sample) you can manipulate the result to mean anything you want it to mean.

Yeah, people just loved the 1000’s of people becoming homeless, massive job losses- record numbers of businesses moving overseas- forcing people to buy health insurance against their will- being attacked by the IRS for being conservative- The gov running illegal arms to terrorists across the border- the gov LYING to us about benghazi- over and over and over again- halliry getting away with felonies- gay marriage begin foisted in the nation- religious businesses getting attacked- the incitement of racial hatred by the president himself- cops getting murdered as a result-
8 years of record unemployment- Higher taxes, no cost of living increases- record high gas prices- grocery items and fuel oil rising sky high-

Wouldn't any poll of this nature automatically be biased toward the most recent couple president? For instance, anybody born after 1988 (basically anybody under 30) would automatically exclude Reagan as he wasn't "in their lifetime".
Clearly they were not alive during the early 80’s.
