Have you watched The Crown? Wallis was a party lady and the Duke was a party guy. But he did live to regret giving up the Kingship. Now I know The Crown is a dramatization, but Edward/David does look pretty unhappy in real photos of him later in their marriage. And then there are those pictures of the two of them loving their meeting with Adolf Hitler.........
Yes I watched The Crown. Waiting on the next season. Seems the Duke was up to no good with the Germans.
