Almost zero chance it gets asked in any way, on the census or as an addendum.
Seems likely the Deep State has run out the clock on this one. Seems odd the GOP in the bureaucracy did not push for the question harder since it benefits the GOPe most of all. Most likely they are just lazy and the Dems just out worked them on this one.
Best way to counter this in real terms would be to let ONLY IA’s fill out the census
