Of course it can as it does take time to weed out the bad actors in many government departments. I imagine it is still ongoing and will be for some time.
Expand your thinking to where maybe we are in a intelligence/military sting operation to take down the massive corruption in our government/culture. Then it might be easier to understand the role AG Sessions played in all this. They purposely made it look like nothing was happening under his watch so that the bad actors wouldn't know what was really going on behind the scenes.
Because of the Q team, we figured out what his role really was and now we get more confirmation of that from them. If this really is a stealth sting operation, then the President and his team would need a channel of information to get good information to We the People because we all know the MSM will not. In that regard, this Q channel of good information makes sense, when you are trying to run a sting operation of this magnitude.
Right now all those who have researched and following this Q movement, are seeing so much "future proves past" playing out right now. It's been a fascinating endeavor and will end up being very historic. Join in any time if you wish. If not, at least understand it's all about helping our President take down this corruption and restoring the rule of law. You don't have to follow Q to help our President out that way either as long as we just do it.
