No doubt there are many, but in this article the complaint is against Aussies, Brits and Russians. I thought street corner sympathy frauds were just a US embarrassment.

We should be encouraging this type of behavior because the money they receive is given to them voluntarily by private individuals, not tax dollars forcibly removed by the government. I'm fine with this type of vagrant support.
