Repentance is for those who have denied Christ. I confess my sins to God and ask his forgiveness.

Did you even bother to read the scriptures I posted to you?

Repentance is for every man, woman, and child ever born, because, as the Apostle Paul correctly stated, there are none that have not sinned. If you have sinned, you are required by God to repent, no ifs, ands, or buts. Just because you are a faithful Catholic does not remove those facts.
