He could be acting in defiance of a bad court.

I don't have enough details to know. He could've defended himself and they're getting him for stabling 5 times when he should've only stabbed him the court allowed number. I simply don't know.

We just had a shooting here in Idaho. The suspect was a Mexican who came to a field where another Mexican was working and shot him dead. My wife knows the assistant coroner and he said the guy was shot 19 times. When he stood before the judge he claimed his defense was Idaho’s “Stand your ground” law.
