Yes, they are people, whose land is being stolen when they are lured away to dangerous journeys fraught with human trafficking and violence. I notice the Church has been complaining about pretty much all of the land grabs but their efforts seem to be utterly ineffective, which is odd because embarrassing people into doing the right thing seems like it would be in their wheelhouse. Also, you have to go hunting for this information, and Francis has a mighty big megaphone. He could surely raise awareness if he wanted to, rather than making the case for why these journeys should be undertaken.

If this Pope had moral credibility and had not demonstrated such an affinity for homosexual behavior and delusional thinking, he might have some influence on affairs. However people simply don’t trust what he says and rightly identify him with anti capitalist, anti nationalist socialists who will bring ruin to Western Civilization, create poverty and social dysfunction.
If he were not delusional, he would note that migrants, virtually all non whites migrate toward white civilization because despite overt racism, they know their lives will be better living among whites. Their endemic cultures have not provided or created much more than sustenance living. This is reality. Yet when it is spoken openly, those who dare to recognize reality are called “racist” and are punished. The problem goes unsolved. Western culture cannot remain intact if it is transformed by hordes of culturally alien migrants. The Pope, if he had retained his moral authority, would do better to critique the decadence, hedonism, widespread drug use, abortion and crass neo paganism that is destroying Western Culture from within. Perhaps then he might understand those decent people who realize what is really happening and are trying preserve their heritage.
