Sorry, for some reason I can't get it to resize. I've tried both pixels and percentage, double and triple checked the code, still shows up original size...someone told me a couple of weeks ago maybe the quotes are in italics, not sure how to find out.
Guess I have to edit this one again to resize it..here's what I put in, I added some spaces so it would show as text.

OK, had to remove the arrows or it shows as an empty picture box...left the spaces in to prevent it showing as a link. One space is in the HTTPS, the other in the URL, the POSTIMG part. The < and > arrows are all in the right places.
