From what I have seen: Food Stamps are now EBT credit cards and can be used to buy used children’s clothing at the Goodwill Store on half price day. Most of those shoppers were speaking Spanish and had lots of small children. Frugal shoppers for sure. They were not purchasing gourmet foods. Of course one has to wonder...Is the government paying them to have poverty babies.?
