If you look at ads in the newspapers they’re advertised as “terriers”. Pit bull part is not mentioned. You’d expect to see a jack russell or a rat terrier.
The black community’s position on pit bulls is,
“We don’t have ‘em for long, but we have ‘em first!”
Aside ... the same position applies to Cadillacs.
