Much as I hate to do it, being totally committed to Lowes, I fear I’ll have to do the same. What we need is a way to let Home Depot KNOW that we’re shopping there purposely, as I’d hate to waste the custom otherwise.

That’s what I was thinking, too. DH needs to get a red MAGA hat, although he doesn’t like that type of hat. Maybe a MAGA shirt, I’ll get one for him. He could also comment to the clerk when he shops, he would like to do that.
He has a MAGA sticker on his truck and van, and home made Qs, two on each vehicle, one in the back and one in the front.

I told my hubby we will split between both Lowes and Home Depot. As far as I know Lowes hasn’t gone off deep end? Will support both.
I wouldn’t switch unless Lowes does something offensive. I shop Home Depot because it’s more convenient. What I’d REALLY like well would be for there to be more than 2 (or 3) hardware chains in the US.
