Judge refuses to allow DOJ to change lawyers in census case

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The rule by judge is accelerating mightily.
Needs to be put into reverse.
I don’t think any judge has jurisdiction over who one chooses as a lawyer. As long as the lawyer(s) are accepted by the bar association.
I’d be happy if our Supreme Court knew how to stomp its foot down on the brake. Which it doesn’t seem to yet. Waiting for RBG to see the advantages of a retirement to spend time with loved ones.
I wish he would just say the court has ruled the question constitutional; and that is that. They are not empowered to rule on “intent” only constitutionality.
I know, I’ve said that a few times. It comes out a little different each time, at least.
