The odds that Southern California will experience another earthquake of magnitude 7 or greater in the next week are now nearly 11%, according to preliminary estimates from seismologists.
And the chances that a quake will surpass the 7.1 temblor that struck near Ridgecrest on Friday night are roughly 8% to 9%, said Caltech seismologist Lucy Jones.

Will it be in the exact same location?
Is Lucy Jones checking Dutchsinse?
All aboard that’s going ashore!!
Glad I am off the Cali Boat.
Well,
That’s Just Great.
The two have a lot in common, other than that Jones is an actual expert and youtube guy is a total flake. Other than that they are almost indistinguishable.
And the chances of the entire left coast sliding into the ocean? Pretty low, but that is how those left in the rest of the country will know that it was God’s hand at work.
Amen!
It’s Nibiru. The return of Planet X!
I would be in mortal fear to live in that vile and evil place.
There's a reason why ships have portholes.
Gathering all the threads here, for reference; good freeper reports & links to USGS & dutchsinse among them.
Covers both the initial 6.4 on July 4, & the larger 7.1 on July 5.

Okay, I’ll bite.
Where do you live?
11% eh. Almost like they know what they are talking about. IMO my guess is as good as anyones. The real question remains. Does this affect faults to the west or the super Volcano to the north east. Hopefully no but only God knows.
Many thanks !!!!
Maybe Dr Lucy Jones —is— following dutchsinse.... —or— CalTech has their own prediction setup.
I seem to remember comedians of the 50s were advising we buy ‘Pacific Ocean Beachfront’ property in Nevada in anticipation of California breaking off and sliding into the ocean.
Sorry to my friends in California.
Not sure I get the reference...
How about a hint?
AS Dr. Jones said the other day. she is also predicting that it will rain in Hawaii.
