Wrong conclusion.

Better conclusion: keep a good biome of bacteria in your gut, take serious probiotics from time to time, and eat fermented food and drink almost every day. And avoid an excess of carbs and sugars. Healthy gut bacteria are the ones who make you crave resistant starches like cooked root veggies or rice.
