I do intermitten fasting. I only eat between noon and 6. I can’t tell that it’s done anything for me other than maintain my weight. And I’ve been doing it awhile. But!! I haven’t found anything that works for me. Part of it is my back is so bad I can’t exercise.

Go over to YouTube and search for "Butter Bob Beggs" Guy lost 150 pounds and talks a lot about fat and fasting, interesting story teller.

There are a lot of doctors catching on to this idea.

I eat breakfast and dinner and skip lunch. My a1c went from 9.1 to 5.3 in a matter of 3 months.
