Agree, and that’s reasonable, and it is pretty hard to stay totally carb-free. Even Keto allows up to 20 grams a day.
Unless you have an illness that is healed by keto, and youre not trying to lose many lbs, I think you can safely eat 50 or so carbs a day and still keep lean or even lose some weight. I eat very low carb but not keto (I might be in ketosis some days by accident though).
