Wow! You really did need one.

I am on a business trip all next week but I will schedule with my doctor for an appointment. I have little doubt that I should be using one.

It's life-changing. For the better. A little tough ta get used to initially. 'Specially if yer any kindof "Aliens" fan. Hehehe. d;^)
But a reasonable night's sleep quickly becomes addictive. Momma sez it's good "white noise" to sleep to.

97 is pretty high, glad you survived the crashes. My sleep Doc said he’s seen several AHI readings of 150+ and one guy hit 220. Anything over 30 is considered severe.
