In a nutshell, we need a Democrat Trump-clone.
Presently, the Democrats will do anything to achieve open borders. This is because they have become much too radical for traditional Democrats to support them. So they need a new population of dependents from whom they can buy votes.
But suppose some wealthy, non-politician Democrat announced his candidacy for president. Suppose he held old-school Democratic values. For example, suppose he supported secure borders, build the wall, and America first.
Naturally, the party leadership would hate him, just as the Republican leadership hated Trump. But 'normal' Democrat voters would love him and he would easily sweep the Democrat primaries.
Then what? The main-stream media would be in a quandary. Now, 'their' guy would be saying the same things as Trump! This guy could get a lot more done than Trump because the Republicans aren't so hate-filled as the Democrats and maybe the two parties could actually work together and maybe this could bring the Democrats back to sanity.
When you consider the current Democratic field, all *certified* wackos, a sane, relatively conservative, America-loving Democrat would leave them all way behind and it would be good for the country. What do you think?
Please put down the crack pipe.
My guess is a third party will arise for that very purpose.
They could save the world. But it woukd require a lot of ropes, a lot of rafters, and aot of chairs.
VSGPDJT IS that ‘Rat....
Ok. Not likely to happen, but I think such a guy could easily walk away with the nomination by sweeping the primaries. The problem is, such a guy may not exist.
Suppose heaven cracked open?
The hugest part of the Democrat problem isn’t even being liberal (or, with scare quotes, “liberal” — their tone seems remarkably illiberal, no matter what they preach). It’s that they have given God the thumbed nose.
We saw all kinds of wonderful sounding humanitarian plans being offered by Democrat presidential hopefuls the other day — and every single one powered by fairy dust. What a disappointment.
That is how we got Hussien O.
But the MSM could not destroy Trump.
It is my experience that all Democrats who sincerely think that way become GOP or Indy. Their party is now the Communist Party and according to the 1954 laws still on the books must be disbanded.
See my post #9.
Donald Trump himself is an example of such a Democrat, as was Ronald Reagan in the previous generation. In both cases, their party walked away from them, leaving GOP as the only viable choice for what they believed in.
They could save the world by resigning.
They are tearing this country apart.

Intentionally.
They will not nominate a patriot.
They are too far gone.
They are now the Communist Party.
Why did CPUSA not run anyone recently?
They always had before the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
Dems are not interested in saving the world. They are only interested in having absolute ruling power over the world, once they are done destroying it.
I know about both Reagan and Trump. That’s very true as no one can survive in the Rat party with conservative values and ideals. When Reagan made the change they were less radical than they are now.
They need an entire platform demolition and reconstruction, not a mere revamp, if they are to look even like our grandfathers’ Democrats. And one of the necessary things is to do it under the tutelage of Jesus the Carpenter.
The Democrats, obviously, were doing it for them. Why should they siphon off any edge?
My thoughts exactly. It will be several decades before the global communist agenda is washed & rinsed out of the Democrat Party. Youll see a new never-Trump - Rino party that wants cheap labor & free trade separate from Trumps Republican Party. These may become the new Democrats.
They must purged of all the Marxists too. That is the only way as you suggest (I concur with you) that they can get there.
I agree that the Democrats would never nominate such a person. But the Republicans would never have nominated Trump, either. Meanwhile, the fact that both parties still have primaries opens the possibility for such an unintended candidate to grab the nomination. I really think that such a guy would stand out so much from the other candidates and resonate so much with the voters that the party elite could not stop him.
