"Learn about things you can do for the family. Talk to your family, kids, loved ones, what to do, stock up on food, water in case of an emergency. Go have an escape route. Get hooked up to the internet or radio or whatever. Be prepared, basically, because it will happen." I have to wonder about an expert who makes disaster recommendations to make sure you have internet access. If "the big one" hit LA, people will be lucky to have power, much less internet.

The “expert” in question is a joke. Some celebrity scientist they keep on retainer.

Talk to your family, kids, loved ones, what to do, stock up on food, water in case of an emergency... Yeah, have that talk right after you have the conversation on race. Aldo after you have the conversation about non-binary gender self-identification.

Oh goodie! When is it going to happen? please let it crack and separate CA from the civilized world, and let it sink into the ocean.

Yes made me chuckle, these people are way through giving advice on anything.

Ha! You can’t say California never gave anything to civilization.
They gave you Right Turn on Red.

Seattle is way overdue for a major earthquake.
The New Madrid fault in Missouri is overdue as well.
I’ve heard just about everywhere is prone to some sort of natural disaster. I’ve heard that Florida has among the least earthquake risk of any state, yet is prone to hurricanes, for example.

I will now wait to hear from AOC before I firm up my previous comment

LOL. And the banks have the money. All you have to do is push some buttons on the ATM, and it spits out money to you.
