There are a lot of benefits from getting boron each day. One of the biggest for many older persons is its ability to greatly help with osteoarthritis pain.
This, and many other conditions listed in the above abstract, are covered within, along with their supporting studies.
Its worth a read, folks.

I tried to read it, but the article was too boron.

Yeah, I read two weeks ago about the benefits of boron as a way to treat BPH and picked up a bottle. I’m impressed by the more general benefits of boron. curious that something this beneficial has so little literature.

We used boron as a P dopant in chip making. Boy, did I get a bang when I accidently dropped a vial of it into a sink of water. Kaboom!

I remember the line from the movie
The Gods Must Be Crazy where the guy is doing some sophisticated test on a sample, and mutters to himself, "That's odd, this elephant's dung shows almost a complete lack of boron."
Then he meets the cute blonde, and she asks what he does, and he gets flustered and says, "I collect manure."

I actually had a great Cinnabon in Kramer Junction a couple weeks ago while I was passing through. They have a little kiosk and make them there in the Pilot Travel Center.

Paying less for your veggies is actually a simple matter of “you got what you paid for”, nutrient-wise.
The dangers of supplementation are compounded by USP chemical analogues. Our food has become less nutritional for reasons which should be obvious, requiring supplementation of many nutrients or substitution with nutrient-rich foods.
