Just yesterday I refreshed my memory of the Milwaukee outbreak of 1993. In that outbreak 50% of those served by the Howard Ave. Treatment Plant fell ill. This amounted to 25% of the entire area served by the city of Milwaukee treatment facilities or over 400,000 cases.

I lived in Milwaukee during the crypto outbreak.....just miles from the water treatment plant. It took forever for the city to acknowledge the problem. Over 400000 people affected and 100 deaths. And the city encouraged us to drink more water, you know, so we wouldn’t become dehydrated.

So how did Milwaukee kill this thing??

All these horror stories and no solutions are fit to disturb the public and not to solve anything, even when Milwaukee overcame the thing.
