Presume that was his goal or maybe he was already fired and is just disgruntled?
All you have to do is google. People are warning about 5G everywhere and to label someone a drug user because he doesn’t speak in a manner YOU find acceptable is stupid. The guy climbs towers, I don’t think you would be able to do that well being drugged up.
