There are resign to run laws in these states but it would take a huge outcry to force it on everyone, not to mention friendly judges that can strike it down along the way like one did with term limits.

Not sure why some folks don’t get term limits. Only way to get term limits, imo,is a constitutional amendment. Won’t even pass congress

SUPER! I didn’t know this existed. I do remember when congress critters used to resign their seats when running for higher office but somewhere along the way, that changed and everyone just ran, lost and settled right back into their jobs and offices. How do we begin a “huge outcry”...it would be worth raising a stink over!
