Wichita Falls police banned a woman from Walmart after she reportedly ate half of a cake and refused to pay for the other half...
This is not the first time a Wichita Falls Walmart banned a customer from its stores. In January 2019, Wichita Falls police received a call involving a woman drinking wine in a Walmart parking lot. Employees requested officers to ban a woman from another Wichita Falls Walmart store after she reportedly had been drinking wine from a Pringle's can for several hours while riding on an electric cart.

“Thou shalt not steal” is a rather simple concept and one of the easier commandments to keep. I really don’t want people like that in our society.
I am good with sending them to Saudi Arabia to pay for their crimes. Cut their hands off and maybe they’ll think twice before the next time.
In CA shoplifting is no longer prosecuted. You can steal $950 worth and it’s just a misdemeanor so the cops won’t even come. It’s atrocious. It’s the opposite of the Broken Window Theory.
Around here we now call it the "Celine Dion Let Them Hold It Theory". As long as she's happy, what's the problem?

Does this mean that she paid for the half that she ate?
Just hold her in custody for long enough for her system to process that cake.
Then charge her for access to the ‘facilities’.
WalMart should at least break even.
My Walmart bans people ALL the time. Not just for stealing. From stealing to just hanging out. I personally do NOT allow kids to use the mobilize carts at all. Only for those that need it.
Parents drop their kids off and go shopping for 2 hours and meet up with the kids via telephone. I had a convo yesterday with a mother whose kids (ages 9-11) were hanging around my Self Check Out and they knew I was watching them. They would have stole a blouse but I was on to them and they had me void it out cause they didn’t have the money. Turns out the “mother” I spoke to was actually a step mother and the real “Mother” is in the Penitentiary doing 10-15 and is pregnant with another kid.
I talk to Loss Prevention and the most common item being stolen right now is Air Conditioners! Grrrrr!
Last 3 trips I made to Walmart I’ve been hit up by the same guy each time with the same story. His family on their road to Florida, ran out of gas, had car problems etc, need a few bucks...obviously he didn’t remember me.
Third time I told him they should pick another town to stop in as this one is apparently cursed for them. lol
This is my town. Full of meth heads.
Bet I can find out.
