When i had the American Community Survey, I answered only a few questions.
They sent a census worker out to interrogate me and I asked her who do
i make the fine check out to, cause you got all I’m giving. (I think the fine was a hundred bucks )

She left, then came back later and started measuring our house & property.
I explained about trespassing, among other things.

I never saw her\them again, nor have I been randomly picked for the American Community Survey again.( knock on wood )

My husband caught a census worker taking a GPS reading of our front door, he asked her if that was were they were going to send the smart bomb?

She didn’t find it one bit funny.

Many people throw the survey in the trash. The problem was...you filled out the survey instead of trashing it. They then had a lead to where to look. I talked to people on the phone who only answered a few questions or just had their name on the survey...Not promoting anything here..just stating a fact..lol

I was having to do the crime survey every year. I answered the guy on the phone every year because he was so nice...then someone else called after several years...I told them to stop calling and I hung up on them. Never heard from them again.
