Looking more like we need to see about a second breakfast made around 9:00 for the ones on the end of the Train and ones staying up to post late through the nights for the second and third shift people. I think Joe wouldn't mind if we ask him to make a second breakfast but it would mean we need to make rounds for him while he's busy. Say I'd be fine working his rounds from the engine (motor unit)to the dining car in the middle. Perhaps you or someone else at the end of the train could work his route from caboose and observation car toward the dining car? Then when we meet in the dining car and give Joe our pads he'll have the second breakfast done.

It will benefit us in two ways Jane. A hot breakfast and meet people who we otherwise don't talk with (Lurkers) and enjoy our visits. I'm open to another plan.
