Former Vice President Joe Biden campaigned Wednesday on a horrific photo of a migrant father and daughter who drowned in the Rio Grande river while trying to cross into the United States.
“This image is gut-wrenching,” Biden wrote on Twitter. “The cruelty we’re seeing at our border is unconscionable.”
Biden blamed their deaths on Trump administration border enforcement officials rather than the open border policies promulgated by Democrats.
“History will judge how we respond to the Trump Administration’s treatment of immigrant families & children—we can’t be silent,” he wrote. “This isn’t who we are. This is not America.”

Correctomondo nuzzlin' joe. It was on the south side of the river. I.e., mexico's territory. So the mexicans are NOT doing there job of protecting the chirruns. I hear this is the first time in recorded history that anyone has ever drowned in the Rio Grande. No?

I don’t think this is even close to the first time a criminal died in the act, and took out their “family” at the same time, if indeed it was even really their children. The party guilty of mayhem? The criminal.
In law, there’s the concept of an “attractive nuisance.”
That’s why you must fence in your swimming pool, or will/should get hassled by the town if you have a bunch of sharp-edged rusty junk in your suburban back yard.
The Dems have, through law and Judicial fiat, created via the lure of US benefits an attractive nuisance. Illegals have streamed in from Mexico, Central America, and Africa. There is little to no vetting for disease, or criminality. And, the illegals have to deal with hazards in their travel. That’s the attractive nuisance part. Someone drowning while fording the Rio Grande and then crashing the border is analagous to someone falling in a pool, or impaling themselves on junk kept in a semi-public place. They’re trespassing, but the US Congress and Courts are creating and maintaining the attractive nuisance.

So some filthy scumbag took a small child with him as he set out to commit a crime, and he got both of them drowned.

I hate being suspicious like that but after watching the insanity of the left since 2008, which has only escalated, it just wouldn't surprise me at all.
