He is a money launderer. I suppose you have to be a lawyer to understand such shenanigans. Silicon Valley tried to set him up with his own youtube some while ago, invested big bucks for him. Months later the enterprise went belly up and the money sort of Solyndra-ed. No smoke as a result but notice how he lacks big $$$ backers today.
