Good covfefe tip. Soak 24 hours, can do a lot at a time, and strain out what you want (is concentrated, recipes online) and add boiling water.
Much less acid, extracts excellent flavor and all the caffeine. Coffee joints sometimes sell it around here, called “cold brew”.
Cold Brew is supposed to be less acid. Read recently that espresso brewed covfefe also has less acid. That seems counter intuitive. Had to quite covfefe for awhile but now I’m armed with Coffee Tamer and Prelief and life is good again.
