Just don’t understand why he didn’t have a permit. They are free for veterans and like, $10.00 for everyone else I think. No class required. You can liberality walk in and come out in 10 minutes with a permit in hand.
Here you need a class for about 100 bucks, than apply in person for 100 bucks. And then up to 30 days for it to arrive in the mail. Repeat every 5 years.
We are also an open carry state, but not suggested because the ninny factor. I think if I walked into a target with my multiple pistols in the open people would be running and/or fainting like I was God-f*ckin-Zilla
