I saw this in the Travel Channel. The restaurant in Oakland was closed next time I was in the area, so I tried it myself: those bagged premise frozen burgers are best. 1. Thaw. 2. Grill until there is just color on both side, for flavor. They’re still practically raw. 3 dip In milk 4 dredge in season flour 5 dip in egg 6 dredge in panko 7 deep fry until golden brown. At this point they’re still very rare. However they’re so well insulated that you can finish them in a 240 oven for up to half an hour. Truly the juiciest burger I’ve ever had.
