I’d send you a link to the cheapo press i use if i knew how to attach a link, but it’s just a burger press that make a pocket in the burger you can fill with anything you want, then you top it off with more meat and it makes a stuffed burger. DuckDuckGo it. I sear the outsides at a high temp and then pretty much bake them on the grill until the juices run clear. They come out medium well and are really friggin good.
