Some members of the subspecies “Florida Man” are born with revoked diver’s licenses. It is only prudent.

Maybe if he had had a license he’d have made it. That would have made the difference. Maybe if he had had a straight jacket, he wouldn’t have tried it. They ought to charge him the fee for tracking him down and transporting him to the hospital. And post it on a bill board.
