I guess it depends on one’s opinion of the honesty of FReepers here, many of whom are under doctor’s care, on medical prescriptions, and at least claim to drastically reduced or eliminated their meds (i.e., it wasn’t their imaginations telling them their diets were working, it was their blood tests). We have different opinions of them, so I guess we’ll have disagree here.

Oh yea, one more thing, the American Diabetes Association is finally telling Americans the OBVIOUS too. I guess they were getting tired of being laughed at by all the people with success stories.

I never said I didn’t trust their honesty . I said I don’t trust their medical advice or their dietary recommendations. And honestly, go ahead and reread your own statement and what does that tell you? Why all these people on meds and under a doctor’s care to begin with? These are people who’s lifestyle choices were obviously questionable to begin with. I’m not going to go to them for advice.
