Just reported 22 June 19 (Dianne you need to go)

Sen. Dianne Feinstein disclosed some stock trades made in May by her husband, Richard C. Blum, indicating he bought shares in Allogene Therapeutics and FireEye for the first time this year.

Blum, who is the founder and head of investment firm Blum Capital Partners, L.P., sold a total of $300,002 to $600,000 of Nvidia stock (ticker: NVDA) on May 15 and 20. He also bought $250,001 to $500,000 of FireEye stock (FEYE) on May 20, and purchased $500,001 to $1 million of Allogene Therapeutics stock (ALLO) on May 13.

The applicable disclosure rules don’t demand that people make public specific figures about their trading. Only ranges are required.

Normally, a private investor such as Blum wouldn’t need to publicly report such transactions, but he is married to a senator. Feinstein is required to disclose any stock trades valued at more than $1,000, whether they are her own, her spouse’s, or those of a dependent child.
