Footage from a Mansion House dinner shows Tory MP Mark Field grabbing a Greenpeace activist by the neck and forcing her out of the room. The incident occurred as a group of climate change protesters interrupted a speech by the chancellor, Philip Hammond. Field is the Foreign Office minister for Asia and the Pacific

My point was to correct another poster to this thread who thought the protestors was a male.
The cadence clapping by the audience at the end of the video - was that a sign of approval or disapproval?
The little girl needs to learn that actions have consequences.
What difference does that make?
Not guilty (him, not her).
*** What difference does that make? ***
I repeat myself:
The point was to correct another poster on this thread who misidentified the protestor as a male.

I guess to those who subscribe to gender fluidity, it makes no difference. I, however, subscribe to two genders, male and female.
Have a nice weekend.
“Officer, may I suggest you use your nightstick?”
YES!
Clearly, a hickory shampoo was called for!
AKA, a hickory tune-up.
Very nice!
And it would be nice if some of ours demonstrated such skill.

And being 18th of 19 children (10 of whom did not survive infancy) got to be tough.
As a young man, Chrétien was well known for his love of violence, and as someone who relished his reputation as a local tough guy who was most happy when punching out his fellow students.
One of Chrétien’s classmates recalled that he was much feared on the account of his “atrocious temper”.[11] Chrétien attended Séminaire Saint-Joseph de Trois-Rivières and studied law at Université Laval. As a student at Trois-Rivières, Chrétien later recalled that his best day at that school was his first day when he attacked without provocation another student taller than himself, leading him to proudly remember that: “I really socked it to him bad. In front of everybody!”
Chrétien recalled that his assault was meant to send the message to the other students: “Don’t mess with Chrétien!”
When asked in an interview by his biographer Lawrence Martin about what subject he was best at in high school, Chrétien replied: “It was street fighting that I was best at”. Despite the thuggish image that he cultivated at Séminaire Saint-Joseph, Chrétien’s grades were high,
Thank you for FORCING me to take a look at Chretien and Bouchard.
WOW!
Chretien’s upbring... The local parish priest, Father Auger, a supporter of the Union Nationale who hated all Liberals as “ungodly,” and spread malicious rumours about the Liberal Chrétien family, saying he would never let a teenage girl go on a date unchaperoned with any of the Chrétien boys....
Bouchard on the Cliche Commision...The Cliche commission established that the Quebec construction industry was dominated by casual brutality with thuggish union bosses teaching union organizers how best to break legs. Workers who complained about corruption on the part of their bosses had their dogs murdered and their teenage children beaten up.
I’ve been through Canada a few times, even drove up the Al-Can to Alaska; nothing but nice.
I always wanted to travel that highway. Maybe some day.
Maybe some day.
I’ve had many great vacations and driving up the Al-Can to Alaska, then returning down the Pacific Coast Highway to San Francisco and on to our DuPage County Il home. The best of many good ones.
My wife our two kids and a dog, three weeks, we took our time.
We even drove up to watch a glacier calve, hours watching small hunks falling and hearing it groan, went for lunch on return HUGE chunks in the water!!!
I would Not take my wife’s Prius V on the Cassiar Highway shortcut (deep potholes) but would fine for the rest of the trip.
I have known some that did it at a quicker pace of 10 days (week + weekend~)Minus the Pacific Coast Highway.
GO FOR IT!!!
See the world before you leave it.
Heh, “Hickory Shampoo”! Shades of the Sixties!
He was suspended as minister, and is being demonised in the British Media: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-48718725
