With all of the UFO news coming out in the last few weeks, I will say that I saw a green, glowing orb, do unbelievable maneuvers in the sky about a mile from me eight years ago while on a camping trip in a very remote area. It was not high in the sky, it was almost level with me and came up from a canyon, zig, zagged across the sky, then dropped back in to the canyon. Later on, when I told a coworker about it he suggested that I had seen an Air Jet of some kind. I don’t think so.
Have you ever seen “ball lightning”? I have once, after a bolt of lightning it bounced right through my camp. Very weird stuff.
Last year, on a pontoon fishing trip at Navajo lake, two out of four of us saw two perfectly round bright blue orbs fly over a nearby mountain. They weren’t flares and they weren’t burning space junk. My friend’s wife and I were stunned as the other two thought we were pulling a strange prank. Something is definitely going on out there that needs attention.
Sightings like yours are very common in rural areas. I don’t expect any government explanations to be forthcoming - they clearly have a good idea what is going on but don’t consider us peons worth informing.
