My mom worked in Welfare and brought home funny names. Toiletta was one. Latrina another. Why would you NOT laugh at these?? Is that illegal too?

Apparently there is a desire by some people to give their child a name unique in the history of the world. Then they get insulted if its mispronounced or misspelled.
