I thought it was interesting he said he’s very patient, as if yes I’m probably going to have to hammer them but I’m like a surfer waiting for the right wave.

I just watched the President's mini-Press Conference on the WH lawn while walking to Marine One for the trip to Camp David.
The feeling was palpable that there is going to be a breakthrough with Iran. He actually said we'd like to "Make Iran great again." Very reminiscent of his talk before the breakthrough with NorK.
And what might occassion this breakthrough?
It was fascinating that the President repeatedly said: "The U.S. doesn't need the Strait of Hormuz to be open. We've got our own oil. CHINA is the one that will be hurt, as they get 91% of their oil through the strait."
I just LOVE it when he rejects the tired old Washington responses--even from our own people like Bolton--and MAKES THE WINNING PLAY ONCE AGAIN.
