If you can build a more sophisticated model than the matrix, I’d love to see it.
That said, from the animal//human nature side of things, leaving out the spiritual dimension, the matrix is both a powerful tool and a snapshot of what reality more or less looks like, at least through a limited set of lenses.

My physical toolbox contains hammers, several types of wrenches, several types of screwdrivers … I suggest that one's "relationship toolbox" is incomplete with only the H/C Matrix, even though it is undeniably very useful.
