After her latest absence, early in the year, added to the fact that she has made no public appearances, I predicted to my wife that she wouldn’t last beyond summer.
It would not surprise me if she is in a wheelchair and has a nurse on call at her office, or is mostly working out of a bed in her home.
The SC is still a classy place. The justices will accord her the dignity she deserves, and there will be no rumors, leaks, or surreptitious photos of her. The same goes for all the clerks.
She’s on the bench. Does anyone actually listen to the oral arguments?
Does anyone not realize that SCOTUS arguments are open to the public.
Does anyone not realize that conservative activists and lawyers attend these hearings? People like Mat Staver of the Liberty Counsel?
Do you understand the depth of the conspiracy that you have to be peddling here?
1. Ginsburg has to be dead or bed ridden.
2. The Supreme Court has to be faking the recordings of the oral arguments.
3. The Conservative Justices, including Kavanaugh, Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch all have to be in on the fix.
4. All the conservative organizations who send lawyers to public hearings also have to be in on keeping it all quiet.
Really now. We are better than this.
